About Glendean Rehvan
Founder & CEO, The Loupe Collective
For more than twenty years, Glendean has helped global beauty and healthcare organisations understand where markets are heading, translating emerging science, changing consumer behaviour and commercial disruption into strategic decisions.
The Loupe Collective was founded from a simple belief: the future of aesthetic medicine will not be shaped by aesthetics alone. It will be shaped by advances in science, longevity, medicine, technology, business and changing patient expectations.
The role of The Loupe Collective is to connect those developments early, helping doctors, clinics, brands and industry leaders understand not just what is changing, but why it matters and where it is leading.

Why I founded The Loupe Collective
Throughout my career, I've been fascinated by the gap between discovery and adoption. The signals that go on to reshape industries rarely arrive with obvious labels. They emerge quietly across different disciplines before becoming recognised as trends or accepted as best practice.
I founded The Loupe Collective to help the aesthetics industry see those connections earlier, providing the context, interpretation and strategic clarity needed to make confident decisions before the rest of the market catches up.

Looking Beyond Aesthetic Medicine
The future of aesthetic medicine is increasingly shaped by developments beyond the category itself. The Loupe Collective draws insight from the disciplines influencing how patients think, how science evolves and how businesses compete.

Our philosophy
Information has never been more accessible.
Understanding what it means has never been more valuable.
The Loupe Collective exists to bridge that gap, helping its members understand the clinical, commercial and strategic implications of change before they become industry consensus.
